朝は降ったり止んだりしていましたが、今はちょっときつくなりました。少し肌寒いです。

今日は今年初めて、竹の子御飯を炊きました。口ら入れれば、春を感じます。

今年初めての竹の子御飯です。豊岡で採れた竹の子です。大屋でもあと1週間もすれば、取れ始めます。来週には、ちらし寿司や、いなり寿司にも入ります。
口に入れたとたん春を味わえます。
