今日は今シーズン初めて香住ガニの入荷しました。とても大きな蟹です。来年の5月終わりまで入荷します。淡泊な甘さのカニです。とてもおいしいです。

香住ガニが今シーズン初めて入荷してきました。とても大きな蟹です。3ヶ月ぶりです。
来年5月末まで漁があります。松葉がにより淡泊の甘さで、この蟹の方が好きというお客様もおられます。
11月になれば松葉がにの解禁になります。どちらもとてもおいしいです。私はおのおのおいしさがあると思います。どちらも好きです。今年の初値は1匹30万円もしたようです。この蟹の価格の100倍です。
Kasumi crab just arrived for the season, a big hitter in the lineup. It’s been three months since the last delivery. The season runs through the end of May next year. Matsuba crab brings a milder sweetness; some fans prefer it to this one. Come November, Matsuba’s season will reopen as well. Both are excellent, each with its own batting style. I like them both and believe each has its own championship appeal.
